On Sunday 1 August, Manchester hosts the Sky Ride, which last year attracted over 15,000 participants.
Due to the road closures and friendly atmosphere, it is a great way to give cycling a go, along with friends, family and kids - plus see the sights of Manchester at the same time!

Monthly Cycle to Work Event
Wednesday 4 August, 8.20-9am
Building on the fantastic success of our annual event in June, our monthly rides continue after a record turnout in July.
Remember there are many guided routes to join to help newcomers and provide a social element.
There's a free breakfast for all participants at Eats Refectory in University Place.
Even if you do not join a route, please do join us if you have cycled in.
