Guidelines and training also available for managers
The new calendar of dates for team briefing within the Professional Support Services (PSS) has been announced.
Team briefing is a process whereby news and information is cascaded through the PSS, as well as giving staff a chance to give their feedback.

Team briefing training sessions are run on a regular basis at the Staff Training and Development Unit (STDU). These workshops are for managers who are responsible for delivering team briefing and can help you in planning and carrying out your team briefs.
