Any member of staff is eligible to take part as a mentee or mentor
Jointly run by the MLP, Careers & Employability Division and the Staff Training & Development Unit, Manchester Gold Staff aims to develop University staff by linking them with experienced colleagues.
Any member of staff, whether academic, technical or administrative, can take part as a mentee to promote their own career development, or as a mentor to gain further skills and the satisfaction of helping a colleague. A programme of supporting workshops will also be available to all participants.
