Health and Fitness courses over the summer vacation.

Eight-week enrolment courses begin week commencing 30 June.

SPORT has designed a programme of enrolment courses to help staff get fit over the summer vacation. Based in the Well-Being Room on Dover Street, the eight-week enrolment courses are designed to increase fitness and mental well-being. All courses are open to beginners.

Vacation Programme:

Monday

Tai Chi for Health

12noon-1pm

Iyengar Yoga

5-6.30pm

Tuesday

Pilates

12.30 – 1.30pm

Thursday

Nutrition and Weight Loss

12noon-1pm

Nutrition and Weight Loss Maintenance

1-2pm

Pilates

4-4.55pm

Ashtanga Yoga

5-6.30pm

Courses start week commencing 30 June. Courses should be booked in advance at:

We cannot take registrations via email or phone. Payment via cash or cheque is required at the time of registration.
