Make a child eggstra happy this Easter!

11 Feb 2008

Support the Wood Street Easter Egg Project 2008.

Once again Wood Street Mission will be handing out Easter eggs to children at Easter, which falls early this year. Last year, the University collected more than 700 Easter eggs from members of staff, in addition to monetary donations. There has been tremendous support from members of staff throughout the year and I hope that this year's Easter Project will be as successful as 2007's.

To avoid having Easter eggs left over after Easter, Wood Street has asked for all Easter eggs to be delivered by no later than 14 March. This is the date when the van will come to collect them from Sackville Street, so I must receive them by no later than 13 March. If anyone wishes to give a financial contribution towards the Project, this would help them to pay for the extra volunteers needed to help distribute the Easter eggs, as well as the extra van collections that will be needed!

If you wish to give an Easter egg or make a donation, please contact me or the Treasurer so that arrangements can be made to collect them:

Thank you once again for your continued support.
