Do you want to learn to swim? Would you like to improve your technique and stamina?
We welcome people of all abilities to our weekly swimming lessons. These lessons are taught in small groups by patient, experiences ASA qualified swimming teachers in a private pool.
The lessons are on a Wednesday evening and start on 30 January until 14 March with no lesson on 13 February. The lessons at Manchester Grammar School (approximately five minutes walk from Owens Park). Space permitting, there is a choice of time slots: 6.30-7.15pm or 7.30-8.15pm.
Prices:
- £20 students
- £25 staff
Course fees must be paid on the first night by cash or cheque made payable to "Manchester University Swimming Lessons".
If there is enough demand, there is potentially the option of extra sessions on 9, 16 and 23 January. There will be an extra charge for these sessions. If you are interested, please indicate this in your email.
