Sign up for the MLP Celebration Event on 7 June
There are a limited number of places available for staff at the MLP Celebration Event on Thursday 7 June, 3pm - 4.20pm, Whitworth Hall. This is an ideal opportunity for staff interested in finding out more about the MLP to learn about the drivers behind the programme and to gain an insight into the student experience.
There will be a series of short inputs from the President, from MLP students and from other stakeholders in the programme. A student representative from each of the 22 schools engaged in the programme this year will then receive their certificates. This will be followed by a short ceremony celebrating the winners of the University's new Volunteer of the Year awards with prizes for students, staff and alumni, and a chance to hear some inspirational stories of compassion and dedication.
The formal proceedings will end at 4.20pm when you will have the opportunity to talk to MLP students over light refreshments. To sign up for the the event, please fill in the short registration form at:
