Help shape our Public Engagement Framework

28 Mar 2022

Help us refresh the University's Public Engagement Framework

Public Engagement event

Public engagement covers the many ways we connect, share and involve the public with our work locally, nationally and internationally. Our public engagement work is supported by our institutional strategic goal of social responsibility and is embedded in our research and teaching.

Join Professor Sheena Cruickshank, Academic Lead for Public Engagement with Research in this interactive open meeting as we look to refresh our Public Engagement Framework, which provides a focus for encouraging, supporting and rewarding the many ways we connect, share and involve the public with our work.

Open to all staff (Academic and Professional Services), students (Postgraduate and Undergraduate) and public contributors, this is an opportunity to hear from Sheena about how public engagement fits within our strategic goal of social responsibility, to reflect on our work to date, and to help shape our direction going forward.

Most importantly, this session will provide opportunities for you to share your thoughts and feedback on public engagement at Manchester.

We hope you can join us for one of the following sessions:

Wednesday, 6 April 2022, 1pm – 2.30pm

Thursday, 7 April 2022, 10am – 11.30am

Wednesday, 20 April 2022, 10.30am – 12pm
