Building our self-awareness is key in understanding how others perceive us, and can provide a basis for significant personal growth. Two frameworks and related tools have now been established to support this for current and aspiring leaders and managers: the Leadership Framework and our best-practice Management Development Framework.
Whether you are currently in or aspiring into a management or leadership role, these frameworks give an overview of key qualities and competencies for effective performance, against which you can assess your current strengths and development areas.
