Technical issue with Key Travel booking confirmations

What you need to know if you've made any booking arrangements with Key Travel since 17 March

A technical issue was recently identified following an internal University change last week which resulted in booking confirmation emails from Key Travel not flowing through to our bookers and/or travellers. This affects bookings submitted to Key Travel from 17 March to 22 March (up to 6pm).

If you haven't received a booking confirmation for travel arrangements

We are currently seeking a solution to retrigger the blocked emails, but in the meantime:

  • Key Travel have regenerated all confirmations/tickets and sent to bookers/travelers for travel scheduled to depart on Wednesday, 23 March 
  • Key Travel will manually process all other travel confirmations/tickets in date order for travel scheduled to depart from Thursday, 24 March onwards

New/future booking arrangements

The issue has now been resolved internally for any new travel bookings submitted from yesterday evening (Wednesday, 23 March) onwards.
