As part of the Professional Services pilot of hybrid working, we are pleased to be running more learning and development opportunities for managers leading hybrid teams.
Join our expert external facilitator in small groups to discuss your experiences of managing hybrid teams so far. These 90 minute workshops will provide time to:
- Learn from each other
- Share experiences of managing hybrid teams in practice
- Explore challenges and support each other in identifying solutions to common challenges
