The countdown is on for the launch of the new digital version of the Sustainability Challenge - an interactive online activity which introduces students to the challenge of sustainability.

From Monday, 13 September, thousands of first and second year undergraduates will be able to log onto Blackboard to develop a new campus for the fictitious University of Millchester. The online Challenge prompts students to think critically about sustainability in a real-world context and empowers them to take action on the issues that matter most to them.

All first and second year undergraduate students are encouraged to complete the Sustainability Challenge during the two weeks of Welcome: 13 - 24 September. As well as introducing first year students to the sustainability ethos of our University, the challenge also marks their first step towards achieving the Stellify Award, our most prestigious extra-curricular accolade.

The Challenge will also be available to postgraduate students and final year undergraduates who can self-enrol to the activity via the website.
