In May 2021 the University launched a hybrid working pilot in Professional Services (PS) due to run until the end of August 2022.
As many teams across the organisation are now implementing hybrid working, we’ve produced an Employee guide to hybrid working to support colleagues on how to work effectively in hybrid teams during the pilot – and beyond.
The guide includes information on self-organisation and personal effectiveness, inclusion, work-life balance, boundary management, communication, technology and top tips for hybrid working.
