Approving replacement and new staff roles

Clarification

The message about academic promotions, non-clinical professorial salary pay review and PS re-gradings mentioned that responsibility for agreeing new staff roles has been delegated to Heads of School and Professional Services (PS) Directors.  

To clarify, Faculties and PS Directorates will have their own local requirements for signing off replacement and new staff roles, with some approvals being delegated to Schools or Directorates, whilst others will require a higher level of sign off.
