Focusing on your wellbeing

As 2020 draws to a close we would like to remind you of the many resources we have to support your wellbeing at this time

Learn and Discover
  • A new 24-7 support helpline is now available for all staff and their immediate family.  As well as this free and confidential helpline, staff can also access an app and online portal that contains a range of wellbeing resources. 
  • Wellbeing colleagues have recently launched a new initiative – Compassionate ColleagueThis is a short training course on mental health awareness for staff. 
  • There are a number of activities available during December and into the New Year, why not take a look at the University Wellbeing pages.
  • Mindset self-coaching resources are explained on Wellbeing. One to one coaching is also available by emailing us at coaching-StaffLD@manchester.ac.uk.
  • Why not draw on the wellbeing theme for December – Give – and send a University thank you ecard. It is quick and easy to use, and you can write your own personal message to a colleague who has helped or made a difference to you this year.
