The Governance Handbook has been created to provide guidelines and recommended templates to support the operation of formal committees and groups across the University
All colleagues across the University are welcome to use the Handbook and its guidance, and the templates for agendas, reports, minutes and actions have been designed for ease of use.
The aim of the handbook is to ensure a standardised approach, presentation and quality in support of University governance activity and to provide clear, straightforward guidance for staff.
