Annual Research Staff Conference open for registration

On Thursday, 19 November 2020 the University will be hosting its Research Staff Conference to support and empower our researchers and their careers
The online conference features various talks, panel discussions and interactive workshops designed to help our researchers think about their future and equip them with the skills and knowledge to take the next steps in their career.
This year’s theme is supporting researchers through the changing world of research. The conference will give researchers the opportunity to hear about different career paths for researchers and time to engage in reflective discussion on careers, discuss how ‘researching’ has changed during the pandemic and the challenges researchers have faced and how they have adapted. Additionally attendees will be able to engage in interactive development sessions.
There will be an opportunity to hear from the University's Vice-President Research and Associate Vice-President Research about how the University’s ambitions and plans for research and the research environment.
The free event is open to research staff from all Faculties.
