Access to shared drives on Sunday 25 October

10 minute disruption to shared drive access for some staff between 8am and 6pm on Sunday 25 October
IT Services will be updating security certificates on a number of servers resulting in a temporary loss of access to shared drives for approximately ten minutes for a small number of staff.
P: drives and shared drives with file paths beginning 'nask' or 'nasr' are NOT affected.
The new certificates will be applied to each server individually throughout the day, so it’s unfortunately not possible to pin point the exact time you may experience the 10 minute disruption.
You don’t need to do anything, and access to shared drives will come back automatically.
The work has been scheduled to take place on a weekend to reduce the impact on staff.
