SPORTing chance for change!

16 Jan 2008

Get help with achieving your fitness and health goals in 2008.

SPORT at the University of Manchester can help you to improve your health, fitness and well-being.

So if you want to give yourself a real chance for change then have a look at the options below.

1) Health, Fitness and Well-Being courses

By enrolling on one of our Health, Fitness and Well-Being seven-week courses you will learn something new and improve progressively. The classes are held at the same time every week and you pay for the course rather than individual lessons so you are more committed to attend each session. All courses start in the week commencing 28 January.
