As part of the Staff Survey 2019, our survey consultants Capita created reports based on the feedback submitted. The workplace stress report has now been updated so that Professional Services in Faculties is included in the PS results as a whole.

Future plans

On 19 September the University Leadership Team will meet to discuss their plans with the Staff Survey Steering Group, this will include an initial review of the University theme, and the Faculty and PS level plans. The three themes and their leads, members of the Senior Leadership Team, are:

Creating a Positive Work Environment – Colette Fagan, Professor of Sociology and Vice-President for Research
Managing Change – Luke Georghiou, Deputy President and Deputy Vice-Chancellor
Engagement and Comms – Clive Agnew, Vice President Teaching, Learning and Students

In addition to this we have the action plan leads:
