IT help and support online is changing at the University of Manchester: Say ‘hello’ to the new Support Portal
We know that our current online IT help and support system can be unreliable and difficult to use, often discouraging people from using it. All of this is set to change in April with the launch of the new IT Support Portal. We would like to invite any one interested - staff or student - to join us for a short demo of the new system on Tuesday 9 April.
During this demo, we will walk you through each area and show you what the Support Portal can do. It will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
