Booking Travel over Christmas

Staff are reminded that from Monday, 31 December you will no longer be able to book travel through Egencia

On Wednesday, 5 December Key Travel became the University’s new Travel Management Partner.

Staff are reminded that from Monday, 31 December you will no longer be able to book travel through Egencia.

Egencia system closure 

Any existing bookings made through Egencia will be serviced by the supplier until trip completion.

Christmas closure

The University will be closed from Friday, 21 December until Wednesday, 2 January.

Staff will therefore be unavailable to approve bookings during this time. The Travel Helpdesk will also be closed from 12 noon on Friday, 21 December until Wednesday, 2 January.
