19 Oct 2018

Professor Graham Winch features in video.

The Alliance Manchester Business School’s (AMBS) Executive Education team has offered an insight into how it organises course delivery.

Professor Graham Winch, Director of Executive Education at AMBS, has featured in a video series by the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS) that looks at how directors of executive education approach key competency areas.

The interview series has been produced alongside CABS’ latest report, Building an Executive Education Team: Leadership, Infrastructure and Culture. The ‘white paper’ is aimed at business schools looking to build and grow their executive education provision and maps out different skills and competencies needed at both a staff and organisational level.

In the video, Graham discusses product innovation, development and delivery of course content, including; shedding light on who develops and delivers Alliance MBS’ Executive Education programmes; the processes for selecting staff and their competencies, plus; which contracts the School has for academics delivering the courses.
