Wellbeing: A little more conversation

Time to Talk Day seeks to reduce the stigma of mental health by talking about it – find out more on our staff Wellbeing website

University staff Wellbeing heart in purple

Time to Talk Day is part of the Time to Change campaign that seeks to reduce the stigma of mental health by talking about it.

One in four people every year will experience a mental health problem. Mental ill-health doesn’t discriminate; anyone can find themselves dealing with mental health for a whole range of reasons. Many choose to stay silent, but talking about it can really help.

You don’t have to wait for one special day – you can make a difference at any time.
