AUA Annual Conference: Beyond Brexit

22 Jan 2018

Embracing uncertainty, defining our purpose and sustaining successful professionals

AUA conference

The AUA Annual Conference and Exhibition returns to the University in March this year and will tackle the subject of the moment: Brexit.

The extraordinary challenges for higher education, posed by the current political and economic uncertainties, present unprecedented demands on our institutions. Whatever your role may be, the impact of these challenges is being felt by us all, as individual HE professionals, as colleagues and as those who care passionately about higher education and students.

#AUA2018 is an unrivalled opportunity for you to join and connect with colleagues across the HE Sector, from all corners of the world, to develop your understanding of the risks and opportunities ahead, to share the issues you face in your role and to support one another to meet these challenges together. The programme provides a variety of activities, designed to suit every HE staff member out there: it includes two plenaries (one of which will be presented by Vice-Chancellor Nancy Rothwell), six keynotes and 60 working sessions.

The event will take place between 26 and 27 of March 2018 at the University of Manchester, so why not take advantage of this development opportunity happening right on your doorstep?
