bluedot festival announces 2018 dates

Fresh out of a successful second year, bluedot – the unique festival at Jodrell Bank Observatory that fuses music, science, arts and culture – has announced its 2018 dates and ticket pre-sale

Next year’s bluedot festival will take place on 20 – 22 July, promising another stratospheric weekend under the shadow of the famous Lovell Telescope.

Those interested in the three-day festival of discovery can now sign up for pre-sale tickets and gain exclusive access to purchase.

bluedot 2017 saw thousands of revellers descend on Jodrell Bank to see headliners PIXIES, Orbital and Alt-J, next year’s line up will be announced spring 2018. 

bluedot is an award-winning festival of discovery at the grounds of a deep space observatory. Set against a backdrop of the iconic Lovell Telescope at Jodrell Bank, bluedot combines a truly stellar line-up of music with a ground-breaking programme of live science experiments, expert talks and immersive artworks.
