Christie’s Bistro reopens after summer maintenance works

New menus, new coffee and a new look!
Christie’s Bistro reopened on Monday, 4 September following maintenance work which took place over summer.
The team have used the opportunity to revamp the Bistro menus and product offering, as well as introducing some exciting new additions.
The Bistro’s new Head Chef, Dave Broderick has developed two exciting menus for the Restaurant and Lounge, offering diners a wide range of choice for breakfast and lunch.
The team have also introduced a complete new coffee offer, teaming up with Grumpy Mule to introduce a new house blend, freshly ground decaf coffee, as well as ‘guest coffees’ which will change across the weeks to give customers a much better choice and showcase some special coffee from various regions around the world.
Other changes include:
- Launch of a new online booking system for guests to logon via the Bistro website to book tables in the lounge and restaurant areas.
- Introduction of FoodInAdvance – allowing staff and students to pay using their ID cards. All customers using this method of payment will receive 10% off!
