Free Learning Lunch asks Closing the Gender Pay Gap: What are the issues?
The Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Team at Alliance MBS is hosting a session about the Gender Pay Gap on Wednesday, 8 March to mark International Women's Day.
Two leading researchers in the field, Professor Jill Rubery of AMBS and Dr Carol Woodhams of the University of Exeter Business School, will reflect and share their insights on this issue.
In addition, David Perfect of the Equality and Human Rights Commission will comment on the speakers' contributions.
