Two weeks to go
It’s just two weeks to go until Staff Survey 2017 opens.
In the last couple of weeks you’ve been able to vote for the three charities that will benefit from each person who completes the Staff Survey 2017, and you’ll be able to read more about how these fantastic charities will benefit from your donations throughout the week.
During the last Staff Survey in 2015, the University donated over £7,000 to charities on your behalf.
Staff Survey 2017 is your opportunity to tell us what you think about working at the University. Your feedback from previous surveys has been used to make real improvements across the University, and you will be able to read more about these in the coming weeks.
Save the date
The survey will open on Monday 6 March 2017 and will run for six weeks. All ‘core’ staff who joined the University before 1 January 2017 will be eligible to take part.
Save some time in your diary now so you don’t miss the chance to give us feedback that we can use to develop new action plans that will address any issues both across the University and at local level.
Communications Campaign
The campaign this year is linked to the Staff Survey incentive which is to win a £250 voucher towards a mini break of your choice. During the survey there will be weekly prize draws and each week two people will win a £250 voucher.
The marketing material features the phrase ‘Give your dog/partner/kids a break’ and is intended to encourage you to voice your opinions about working at the University through the Staff Survey rather than at home so that improvements can be made across the University and at a local level.
In return you will be in with a chance of winning a mini-break for you and the family!
