Staff Survey 2017 is coming!

01 Feb 2017

The Staff Survey is back on Monday, 6 March 2017

Staff Survey 2017 coming soon

It’s that time again when we ask you, our most valuable asset, to give us feedback about your experience of working here.

Some of you will have taken part in previous surveys, in 2013 and 2015, but for some of you this will be completely new.

This survey will tell us how staff are feeling right now and give us feedback that we can use to develop new action plans that will address any issues both across the University and at local level.

If we are to meet our ambitious Manchester 2020 goals we need staff to feel encouraged, valued and motivated… so please let us know what you think.

Your feedback from previous surveys has been used to make real improvements across the University, and you will be able to read more about these in the coming weeks.

The survey

You will receive an email when the survey opens on Monday, 6 March 2017. It takes around 15 minutes to complete, and you can be sure that all the information you supply will be anonymous and treated in strictest confidence.

Everyone who completes the survey will be in with a chance of winning a mini break! Two people each week will be chosen at random to win a £250 voucher towards a mini break of their choice. Further details will be released when the survey opens.

You will also be able to choose a charity to receive a donation from the University on your behalf – something that supports our third goal of social responsbility. You’ll have your chance to vote for which charities we use next week!

Communications Campaign

The campaign this year is linked to the Staff Survey incentive which is to win a £250 voucher towards a mini break of your choice.

The marketing material features the phrase ‘Give your dog/partner/kids a break’ and is intended to encourage you to voice your opinions about working at the University through the Staff Survey rather than at home so that improvements can be made across the University and at a local level. In return you will be in with a chance of winning a mini-break for you and the family!
