Contrary to what you might think, yoga's not just a sport for fit, flexible females in tight clothes

There are so many reasons why men should be doing yoga: to hone your mental focus, rid your system of toxins and improve your flexibility and ability to play other sports.

Men’s Yoga is available free on Tuesday, 15 November (1.15-2.15pm) at the Wellbeing Rooms (Activity Room).
