E.I. (Emotional Intelligence) is the practice of paying attention to your own and other people’s emotional states and using the information to help inform your actions.

Delegates will examine the validity of E.I. its development and how it is measured. They will consider its link to leadership and how key aspects of E.I. impact on personal and professional relationships.
