Green Impact Workshop and Drop-in

17 Mar 2016

On Wednesday, 6 April (1-3pm) in G.33 Williamson Building

Whether you’ve been participating in Green Impact for several years, or have just formed a team, everyone is welcome to attend this event taking place on Wednesday, 6 April in room G.33 of the Williamson Building: there will be cake!

This event is split into two hours between 1pm and 3pm; the first hour is a series of structured workshops and requires registration, whilst the second hour is a drop-in Q&A, which you don’t need to register for. You’re welcome to attend either, or both of the sessions.

Light refreshments will be provided to all attendees of the 1pm session, in order that we can plan numbers for catering accurately, please register to attend by Wednesday, 30 April. Numbers for the 1pm session are limited to 30, and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

This event is supported by the Environmental Sustainability Team and we will also have the NUS Green Impact Project Officer Jen Strong with us on the day.

In the 1pm session we will have four workshop areas looking at the following areas of the workbook:

  • Communications
  • Energy
  • Waste
  • One “wildcard” topic which can focus on any other area of sustainability

There will be a chance for all participants to move between the different topics and provide feedback to help inform the support we will provide for each area.

The 2pm session is a chance to drop in and ask questions to members of the Environmental Sustainability Team. We’ll have copies of the workbook online so you can log in to go through any specific issues in detail.
