Intermittent access to some external webpages

Some people are reporting they are having intermittent access to external webpages.
This is being investigated as a matter of urgency - see the Service Notification Page for technical information and updates.
Update 1
We are seeing greatly improved access to external web pages via all browsers. If you have remaining issues please report them to the IT Service desk on ext 65544 so we can identify any further impact.
