Active Manchester have another jam-packed programme to offer during the summer term. Courses start week commencing Monday, 13 April 2015

We have many different Yogas, with styles suitable for beginners through to advanced. We offer low intensity and high intensity fitness classes, or why not try a Tai chi course which is excellent for the mind and body? And there’s free Qigong!
