Changes to timetabling support structure

Following on from the University's timetabling project, which resulted in the delivery of online personalised timetables for students, there have been some changes to the support structure in the Directorate of Estates and Facilities
The former Central Timetabling Unit has become Central Teaching Spaces with a focus on providing space in centrally controlled teaching rooms for the requirements of the University's Schools and Services. CTS should be contacted via cts@manchester.ac.uk for ad-hoc room booking requests. Any changes to the teaching timetable should be sent to your School’s Timetabler in the first instance, who will then liaise with CTS.
A new Timetabling Team has been established to offer support and training to Schools in the use of the Syllabus+ and build upon the work which has already been done to improve the timetabling process within the University. Timetabling should be contacted for any issues relating to the use of Syllabus+ (e.g. training and support) and for information about the timetabling process.
