World War 1 Open Lecture Series: The Different Faces of the First World War

The School of Arts, Languages and Cultures is running an autumn lecture series on the occasion of the WW1 centenary from October to December 2014 on Wednesday afternoons
The lectures, which cover diverse subjects ranging from History and English to Classics and Archaeology, is aimed at Y11 and Sixth Form students, the wider university community and members of the public.
