Get fit and active for 2014! Eight-week courses start week commencing 10 February.

Be Active courses

There are still places available on Tai Chi for health, Kundalini yoga, Dru yoga, pilates, kettlebells, zumba, belly dancing and the Alexander Technique.

Courses run at both the Dover Street Building and the Sackville Street Building.
