What’s IT worth? Staff IT Survey now open

30 Jan 2014

Make your opinion count in the Staff IT Survey.

Staff IT Survey

IT Services launched their staff survey on Monday, 20 January and are asking colleagues “What’s IT worth?”

Have you ever thought about what it’s worth to have quality IT facilities available to support your research; or to have an effective and reliable online learning system? Or perhaps what it’s worth to use a range of mobile devices across campus without any hassle or uncertainty; or to speak with a friendly and knowledgeable support analyst when you have an IT query?

IT Services want to find out what aspects of IT matter to you and how you feel they are currently meeting your requirements.

The survey will be available online for three weeks at:

It will take between 5-10 minutes to complete.

The survey is completely anonymous and is being administered by the University's Market Research Officer, on behalf of IT Services.

In each week of the survey there will be a prize draw for all colleagues who have taken part, with a chance to win a £100 Amazon gift card.

The survey will highlight areas of priority for IT Services and feed into strategic developments, as well as benchmark customer service standards.

Results of the survey will be made available around Easter.
