  • The Champions Network quickly achieved its goal to engage 360 Champions across all faculties and professional services.
  • 1000 Champions Badge awards have been earned, alongside 4630 Mentor Points in flagship areas of expertise, including accessibility, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Outlook, Philosophy, Planner, Smarter Meetings, and Wellbeing.
  • 926 colleagues have been helped so far by the programme.
  • University of Manchester staff can now go to their own Microsoft 365 help and support portal. This is now available with access to Champions, training resources, and bite-size videos at the University of Manchester Sharepoint site.
  • By end of April 2022, the following webinars had been delivered by 365Tribe:

- Welcome webinar, 292 attendees

- Smarter meetings with Teams, 205 attendees

- Getting organised with planner, 180 attendees

- PowerPoint top tips, 127 attendees

- Outlook and OneNote top tips, 134 attendees

The webinar have received lots of great feedback, here are a couple of examples:

"Really useful sessions explained the functionality of Planner well and enabled me to go then and complete the challenge and knowledge test straight away".

"Great content in the personal productivity and wellbeing in Teams webinar. I didn't attend live, so I didnt view the Q&A, but the video was clear, and I was able to do quick tests in the apps while listening. We can use all of the covered functionality, so that's great. I'll be trying to use power automate to delay messages and also the headspace exercises."
