Modernising IT involves improving the way we operate and the way we deal with demand across the University. This means changing and enhancing our processes and improving our operations to make sure our staff and students receive the best possible service.
Into the future we want our staff and students to be able to have more autonomy when it comes to IT. We want them to be able to access help and support quicker and find solutions faster. This will allow us to spend more time on the strategic IT solutions and deliver exemplary service.
