Main Library Event Space update

The Event Space, formerly the high demand area, is primarily a study space for students and a flexible space for outward facing Library led activities which support students.

This includes:

  • My Learning Essentials,
  • My Research Essentials,
  • Specialist Library Support workshops,
  • DigiLab, and
  • Library drop-in sessions and appointments.

It is also possible for the space to be booked for non-student facing external events.  However, student facing activities such as wellbeing events will always be prioritised during the semester.

Non-student facing events should only be hosted at off peak times such as the summer vacation.  The space can be booked in the evenings and weekends.
