The University treats all its staff equally regardless of:
- Colour
- Ethnic or national origins
- Race
- Nationality
This extends to all parts of the staff lifcylcle: advertisement, recruitment, promotion and training opportunities throughout all areas of the University. The term 'race' extends to ANY race, nationality, colour or ethnic origin.
The University has a Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) Staff Network Group. The Network Group is a vibrant forum to exchange views and help provide an authoritative voice for 'BAME' staff and allies within the University and its associated group of companies.
