Specific Duties

The duty is underpinned by specific duties which commenced on 10 September 2011, these include:

  • Publication of Equality Objectives - Equality objectives must be specific and measurable and relate to the achievement of the equality duty (6th April 2012).
  • Publication of information - Information that demonstrates the University’s compliance with the equality duty (31st January 2012).
