Be Active: Free Zoom fitness classes during September

Come and join us live on Zoom for some free September group exercise classes, starting 6 September until 1 October
We have Zumba if you want to enjoy some great dance moves from all over the world, or some toning and strengthening sessions like Body Blast, Bums & Tums, Booty burn, Body Max , Band Burner. If you want some more relaxing sessions we have Chair Yoga, Mixed ability Pilates, Pilates for Backs or you may want to try a slightly more powerful sessions like Athletic Pilates, Barre Fitness or Ashtanga Yoga.
These sessions are open to all staff, students and the general public, friends, family and well behaved pets!
To join you will need the Zoom App on your device and you will need to register once for each session. For class description just select the class and the zoom link is there, you can copy and paste the link into the meeting ID.
