Are you struggling to remember things, lack focus or feel like your head is full of cotton wool? Join Julie Robinson the founder of MenoHealth to discuss common symptoms of menopause and how they particularly affect busy women during their 40s and 50s. 

Julie will share top tips on coping with brain fog and provide a short practical demo on how to improve your posture whether sitting or standing at your desk along with some simple exercises for your neck, shoulders and back.  

The session will take place 12.30pm – 1.00pm, Thursday 15 October on Zoom.
