Get mindful through art with our mindfulness specialist Claire Morris. This session will guide you in using art to create a more mindful state.   

The workshop will take place on Wednesday 5 August 2.00pm – 3.00pm on Zoom

What you need to bring to the session

  • A natural object, this could be something that has been lying around the house getting dusty, something that has been picked up on a walk, or a house plant. 
  • Drawing materials
