Six ways to wellbeing while staying at home

How we’ve revised our support and resources to stay well during lockdown conditions
Taking care of your body and mind is always important, but even more so now, during these challenging times.
Everyone will have good and bad days, and may feel frustrated, anxious or lonely at different times, and it’s important to remember that it’s OK to feel this way.
We have revised the University’s six ways to wellbeing to focus on this time while we stay at home. Our six ways are here to help get you through the low points and get back to feeling good and functioning well, while working from home and social distancing.
As part of this campaign there will be a number of activities for you to get involved with, and guidance to support you while staying at home.
Recent activities include:
- Workshop for managers – supporting wellbeing during coronavirus (Covid-19)
- WATCH: Cary Cooper on supporting staff while we stay at home
- Get active with mywellness app
There is also a dedicated page to coronavirus wellbeing support. This is being updated regularly with useful resources.
