To help our colleagues to continue to access learning and development resources whilst working at home, we are highlighting some of the great online skills development and learning available via Staff Learning & Development.

This week we are highlighting Change Management Essentials. 

The online resources focus on two things:

1. Leading and Delivering Change which comes with a great practical toolkit and looks at engaging and supporting staff through change.
2. Resources to help you as an individual to thrive in times of change.  The resources help you to understand why we humans fear change and how we can build our resilience to cope with change.

Also, two of our usual face to face open courses – Leading Change and Developing Personal Resilience – have now been adapted to be delivered via online workshops starting in May.
