Leadership coaching and support for women

Queen Bee Coaching is a Pankhurst Trust service to empower women to improve their leadership skills and confidence and accelerate women’s positive impact on society.  This initiative is designed to provide high quality coaching and support for women who are keen to develop further their leadership skills for working in the Greater Manchester area and is volunteer-led and run, with an increasing network of over 50 influential and impressive coaches providing pro-bonocoaching.

Dr Saleema Kauser from Alliance Manchester Business School (AMBS), who has been involved in setting up the coaching service, said: "We are now in the fourth phase of recruiting clients who would like leadership coaching, and would like to open up the initiative to women at the University, both academic and support staff."
